Who we are?
The Australian Humanitarian Fund (AUHF) envisions a compassionate world where communities are empowered and social obligations toward individuals in distress are fulfilled. Our core values are centered around the establishment of a world free from suffering and poverty, while promoting human dignity, justice, and equality.
The inception of AUHF stems from the dedication of a long-serving volunteer, inspired by her transformative encounter at an orphanage in Hatay, Turkey, in 2017. Reflecting on the profound impact of her experience, she posed the question, "Once exposure touches a soul, are we doing enough?" This introspection catalyzed the formation of AUHF.
Months of tireless dedication and unwavering commitment propelled AUHF to explore myriad avenues in addressing the fundamental query: "How can we make a difference?" Guided by the divine will of Allah (Swt), a journey commenced—a journey committed to enriching the lives of the vulnerable and marginalized. What initially began as an individual quest has evolved into a collective endeavor. Our journey and legacy is significant.
All contributions to AUHF are meticulously registered with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) under the auspices of Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Presently, we are actively engaged in ongoing initiatives that encompass orphan support, medical assistance, disability advocacy, educational endeavors, Ramadan campaigns, Qurban campaigns, and provision of food and shelter. AUHF remains steadfast in its resolve to expand our footprint globally, by the unwavering support of our benevolent community.
In the pursuit of altruism, remember for every act of kindness, a blessing awaits. We invite you to join us in effecting meaningful change.
